Pillsbury represented Identiv Inc. in its acquisition of 3VR Security Inc., a San Francisco-based video technology and analytics company. Identiv, a Fremont-based provider of physical security and secure identification services, did not disclose a final deal value. However, it said that the acquisition was expected to be worth approximately $6.9 million when the deal was first announced.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Identiv’s position in the premises security market, according to a press release.
Silicon Valley Corporate partner Stanley Pierson led the Pillsbury team, which included partners Christina Pearson, George Willman, Cindy Schlaefer and C. Brian Wainwright, senior counsel Laura Watts, and associates Mediha Ali and Omar Bailony.
