Pillsbury advised Petco Animal Supplies Stores Inc. in the transfer of its Pooch Hotel brand to Paradise 4 Paws. Paradise 4 Paws is a pet resort with locations near airports in Chicago, Dallas and Denver. The sale took place on March 16.

According to Daily Journal, Pooch Hotel is a luxury boarding and daycare facility for dogs, providing care, grooming, spa and training services. There are 10 Pooch Hotel locations across California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts and Texas. Paradise 4 Paws took over operations and management of these locations earlier this month. The business is now headquartered in Chicago and operates under both the Pooch Hotel and Paradise 4 Paws brand names.

Partners Bruce McDiarmid and Patty DeGaetano led the Pillsbury team, which included partners David Snyder, Michael Heuga and Mark Jones; senior counsel Laura Latham and Catherine Meyer; special counsel Carmela Nicholas; and associates Jeffrey Jacobi and Brandt Schmidt.
