A team of Pillsbury lawyers represented Insightin Health, Inc. in a $12 million Series A funding round aimed to personalize the healthcare experience through AI.

Insightin Health will use this new capital to scale the platform, bring on new clients and cater to existing customers’ unique needs.

Insightin Health is a leading provider of data-driven decision-making technology for healthcare member acquisition, retention and engagement. The company’s AI-driven platform, inGAGE, applies Natural Language Processing to collect medical, clinical, cognitive and social determinants of health to generate the Next Best Action algorithm for care management and retention. As a result, inGAGE enables health insurers to reduce costs and improve growth and retention.
