A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Silicon Valley-based Corporate partner Allison Leopold Tilley advised detection threat platform provider Awake Security, Inc. in an acquisition agreement by Arista Networks, a leading cloud networking company.

Santa Clara-based Awake Security is a Network Detection and Response (NDR) platform provider that combines AI with human expertise to autonomously search and respond to insider and external threats including phishing emails and attempts by hackers to use stolen employee credentials to internal systems.
