Brokermint’s SaaS technology will enable BoomTown to become one of the industry's only integrated end-to-end solutions company, addressing every aspect of the real estate transaction lifecycle.

Pillsbury is a leader of venture capital and M&A for Software as a Service (SaaS) financings in San Diego. In 2020, Pillsbury represented SaaS provider MemComputing in its multi-million dollar investment, and Cortechs.ai in its merger with HealthLytix, and RevWork (fka Lead Inclusively) in its $1.5 million funding round. In 2019, Salaman led a series of SaaS financings including a $12 million funding for provider eSUB, a $2 million financing for Trust & Will and a $12 million Series B for PetDesk.

Additionally, over the last two years, Pillsbury represented San Diego-based investors in SaaS financings. Pillsbury represented the growth equity firm Blueprint Equity in a $8.4 million Series A with RocketRez, a Series A with Axela Technologies, a $6 million investment in CompanyCam and a $6 million investment in Sunwave.  Pillsbury also represented the startup accelerator LogicBoost Labs in its investments in BarPay, Scholars and Propel.
