Justin Bintrim is an associate in the law firm’s Corporate & Securities practice and is located in the Washington, DC office. Mr. Bintrim represents public and private companies in connection with a variety of corporate, securities and business matters, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and major lending and commercial transactions.

His considerable experience with the securities laws includes IPOs, private placements of equity securities and high-yield debt, public offerings of common stock and preferred stock, redemptions and refinancing transactions, tender offers, going-private transactions and ongoing securities law compliance counseling, particularly in the real estate, broadcast, and government-contracting industries. Mr. Bintrim’s experience in mergers and acquisitions ranges from public to private, from buy-side to sell-side, from large to small, and from domestic to international. He has represented clients from the U.S., the UK, Japan, China, Australia and other countries, not only in major strategic matters but also significant business deals, such as cross-border equipment and physical plant sales and investments, and lending arrangements, including secured and unsecured bank loans and public debt.

Prior to studying law, Mr. Bintrim worked in procurement and strategic sourcing.
