  • Advising major Chinese passenger and cargo airlines on various legal and compliance matters, including daily compliance, contract review and negotiations, in response to government investigations, consultations and negotiations with local government regulatory authorities, formulation of compliance rules and programs, pre-IPO legal due diligence on U.S. subsidiaries for compliance purpose, dispute resolution, labor employment, emergency responses, export control and sanctions law compliance.
