Nathan is an associate in the Corporate & Securities group, who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities law matters. Nathan also helps clients in the digital asset space navigate securities laws and regulations.

- Represented Apogee Parent, the acquiring entity formed by Astra Space’s co-founders, in its take-private of Astra Space, an orbital launch provider.
- Represented Axoni in its sale of its Veris post-trade processing business unit and related intellectual property to the London Stock Exchange Group.
- Advised Matt Kalish, co-founder and president of DraftKings, in connection with FaZe Media.

- Advising underwriters in connection with various Rule 144A funding agreement-backed medium-term note programs of life insurance companies.
- Advising a North American export credit agency in connection with credit facilities to borrowers throughout Latin America.
- Represented TD SYNNEX on its issuance of $600 million of unsecured notes.
- Represented Sinclair Television on refinancing transactions including a 144A/Reg S offering and exchange offers.

- During law school, Nathan advised startups and worked as a finance consultant to a digital assets-focused law firm.
- He was also the co-president of the Venture Capital Law Society and provided supervised legal services to a pre-seed startup with the Venture Capital Clinic.
- Before law school, Nathan helped financial institutions digitally transform with a consultancy.
