Leading business consulting and legal research firm BTI has named five Pillsbury partners to its 2019 Client Service All-Stars list. Based on unprompted nominations directly from corporate counsel, the annual list honors attorneys who deliver incomparable levels of client service excellence in the United States.

Of the 650 law firms BTI identified as serving large organizations for the purposes of this survey, Pillsbury’s five honorees tied for the 11th most. The complete list of Pillsbury partners recognized as Client Service All-Stars includes:

In an interview with Law360, BTI President Michael Rynowecer said of Pillsbury and the other 15 firms with at least five all-stars on the 2019 list: “they have these continuing large groups of partners that are hitting their real stride in client service on a regular basis. To me, that’s the big message.”

Now in its 18th annual publication, the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2019 list recognized 335 individual lawyers from 152 law firms. These individuals are recognized by clients based on their excellence in the following categories: superior client focus, unmatched client experience, understanding of the client’s business, unparalleled legal skills and innovative thought leadership.
