Pillsbury advised NTT DATA, a digital business and IT services leader, in its acquisition of Vectorform, a Detroit-based digital transformation and innovation company.
The deal team was led by Corporate partners Patrick Devine and Veronica Nunn and included Tax partner Julie Divola, Executive Compensation & Benefits partner Jessica Lutrin and Intellectual Property partner David Jakopin.
