Meghan Doherty represents clients in a wide variety of matters including bid protests, cybersecurity, M&A, size protests and appeals, claims, and suspensions and debarments.

Meghan has experience advising clients across many industries including aerospace and defense, intelligence, information technology, health care and transportation. She has successfully represented clients in matters before the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and the Small Business Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals. Meghan regularly advises clients on cybersecurity compliance issues including compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework. Meghan also has an active pro bono practice.

Representative Experience

  • Represented an aviation-focused private equity firm in a series of aerospace acquisitions, including a recent $220 million deal.
  • Mounted a successful bid protest for an incumbent contractor before the Government Accountability Office, resulting in the U.S. Transportation Command taking corrective action.
  • Represented multiple clients in successful bid protests of a $25 billion multiple-award contract to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract Program.
