Gurpreet Bal, a Silicon Valley-based Corporate partner at Pillsbury, has been named by the Daily Journal as one of the “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” in California.

In an exclusive Daily Journal profile feature, Gurpreet was recognized for his representation of technology companies through formation, governance, strategic transactions and day-to-day legal challenges, highlighting his role on a number of high-profile matters, including his recent representation of Eat Just in multiple funding rounds to build a healthier, more sustainable food system. In March, Gurpreet represented the company in its $200 million funding, and its cultured-meat subsidiary, GOOD Meat, in a $170 million equity financing round.
