NEW YORK—A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Corporate partners Donald Kilpatrick and Stephen Amdur and special counsel Brian McKenna advised industrial manufacturing giant Atlas Copco in an agreement to acquire Perceptron. The purchase, agreed for USD 7.00 per share or approximately $69 million, was announced September 28.

Atlas Copco is a Swedish multinational industrial company that has manufactured industrial tools and machinery since 1873. Perceptron will become a part of Atlas Copco’s newly created division Machine Vision Solutions within the Industrial Technique business area. Perceptron is headquartered in the U.S. and listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange in New York.
