Brittney Sandler, co-lead of Pillsbury’s Data Centers team, advises clients on a wide range of commercial and technology transactions, including strategic sourcing, complex services arrangements, licensing agreements and digital transformations. 

Brittney combines legal experience with commercial insight to help clients structure, negotiate and close complex technology and commercial transactions. She focuses on commercial contracts, data center development and tenancy agreements, cloud and SaaS deals, outsourcing arrangements, AI solutions, and services/software/hardware agreements, drawing on cross-industry experience to align contracts with each client’s business goals and risk tolerance. Brittney delivers practical, business-minded advice and efficient execution, helping clients achieve durable, revenue-driving outcomes in fast-moving and highly regulated sectors.
