Brittney Sandler advises clients on a wide range of commercial and technology transactions, including strategic sourcing, complex services arrangements, and software licensing agreements.
Brittney devotes much of her practice to counseling clients on large-scale, complex information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) transactions. Brittney also regularly advises clients on a wide variety of technology-related transactions including professional services arrangements; cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements; software licensing, development, maintenance and distribution contracts; application development and maintenance deals; hardware acquisition and maintenance agreements; technology non-disclosure agreements; and other related corporate transactions.
