The American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (ABA YLD) has selected Washington, DC litigation associate Fabio Leonardi to co-chair the ABA YLD's Criminal Justice Committee. Leonardi officially began his term on August 25 and will serve in the role for one year.

With over 150,000 members and 300 affiliated groups, the ABA YLD is the largest young lawyer organization in the world. The ABA YLD's Criminal Justice committee focuses on all aspects of federal and state criminal law and includes among its members prosecutors, judges, criminal defense attorneys, policy makers and law enforcement agents.

Leonardi focuses on white collar crime litigation, government investigations and regulatory enforcement matters, and is a member of the Pillsbury team recognized by The American Lawyer for the Global Dispute of the Year in the area of Investigations. An adjunct professor of tax crimes at Georgetown Law and a former member of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, his clients include numerous Fortune 500 companies, individual executives and sovereign governments.
