Corporate Dealmaker Stephen Amdur Named a 2018 M&A Advisor Emerging Leader

A partner in Pillsbury’s Corporate practice, Amdur is well-known for his extensive experience in high-profile, multibillion dollar mergers and acquisitions. He advises in all manner of M&A transactions, public and private financings, tender offers and joint ventures, including frequent involvement in cross-border deals. He works with clients across the financial services, life sciences, media, sports, retail, chemicals, energy, telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. 

Amdur also serves as the leader of Pillsbury’s Private Equity practice, whose clients include leading fund sponsors, investors, general partners and managers. The team represents buyers and sellers in leveraged buyouts and growth capital investments and handles privately negotiated transfers of shares or assets, domestic and cross-border take-private transactions and bankruptcy buyouts and other distressed M&A transactions.
