A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Executive Compensation & Benefits partner Christine Richardson and Corporate partners Brian McKenna and Donald Kilpatrick advised Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, a division of Wilbur-Ellis, in its acquisition of F.L. Emmert, a leading manufacturer and marketer of advanced nutritional solutions for the pet and livestock industries with a 140-year-plus history as a family-owned business.
The terms of the definitive agreement were not disclosed.
