  • Counseled Atheros Communications regarding incorporation, financing, intellectual property, M&A, IPO, executive compensation, employment and labor matter, and tax matters, as well as its eventual sale to Qualcomm for $3.1 billion.

  • Advised Invitae Corp., a genetic information company, on its $101.6 million initial public offering.
  • Acted as underwriters’ counsel in a $1 billion senior note offering by CenturyLink Inc.
  • Acted for Envivio Inc. in its $125 million sale to Ericsson AB.
  • Advised Louisville Gas & Electric Co. regarding its $550 million offering of first mortgage bonds.
