Reza routinely advises corporations regarding the allocation of environmental liabilities in connection with complex corporate and real estate transactions. He also counsels various clients regarding state and federal Superfund liability and cleanup laws to implement effective and legally compliant remediation strategies. In the field of biotechnology and chemical regulation, Reza regularly helps clients obtain EPA and/or FDA approvals for their products.

- Assisted Japanese polymer manufacture obtain EPA and FDA approvals for the paper and paperboard applications of a new C-6 perfluorinated compound.
- Advised U.S. manufacturing corporation manage environmental liabilities in a $1.44 billion sale of a key business division.
- Advised industrial manufacturing company in fulfillment of consent order obligations, sale of contaminated facility, and settlement of toxic tort claims brought by neighboring homeowners.
