Megan partnered with Prof. Jordan Barry (The University of Iowa) and Fotis Konstantinidis (Stout) to present on the topic, "NFT Taxation: What Guidance Currently Exists and Using Established Tax Principles to Fill the Voids." 

Daniel Budofsky served as Chairperson and spoke in the session, "Issues in Financial Regulation: The Applicability of the U.S. Securities Laws, Commodity Laws, and Other Financial Regulation to Various Use Cases of NFTs”.
