Pillsbury teamed up with Financial Times to host a special Private Equity Virtual Roundtable “Value Creation in the New Order” to discuss private equity trends with participants.

Pillsbury Corporate partners Stephen Amdur, David Ingles and Financial Times' U.S. Private Capital correspondent Mark Vandevelde led the roundtable discussion, which included several private equity firms and investment management institutions including Apax, Blackrock, The Carlyle Group, ICG, Neuberger Berman, Pantheon and Thoma Bravo.

The conversation began with a reflection on how attendees have managed deal-making during the pandemic, what lessons will be taken, the evolution of dealmaking, how dealmakers are managing the SPACS phenomenon and headwinds for the year ahead.
