The latest Legal 500: US guide again lauds Pillsbury as one of the leading law firm in the United States, citing it as a leader in 31 national practice areas. Additionally, the firm earned a total of 116 individual lawyer recommendations, including five Hall of Fame practitioners, four Leading lawyers, four Next Generation Partners and four Rising Stars.
These strong results include six Tier 1 and Tier 2 national rankings for M&A: Middle-Market; Outsourcing; Energy: Renewable/Alternative Power; Government Contracts; Insurance; and Aviation: Litigation and Regulation, as well as a first-time ranking for Real Estate Finance and improved standing in both the Venture Capital and Emerging Companies and Technology Transactions categories.
Pillsbury practices that were identified in the Firms to Watch category included Capital Markets: Debt Offerings, Private Equity Buyouts, and Corporate Restructuring.
In 2022, five Pillsbury lawyers were honored in the Hall of Fame, which is the top ranking category for individuals. The Hall of Fame includes James Alberg (Outsourcing); John Heisse (Construction); Shaalu Mehra (Technology); Aaron Oser (Outsourcing), and Christopher Wall (International Trade).
Additionally, Charles Donley (Aviation: Litigation and Regulation); Nancy Fischer (International Trade); Mark Lessard (Aviation: Finance) and Jonathan Russo (M&A: Middle-Market) were named Leading Lawyers. Stephen Ashley (Finance: Capital Markets); Charles Conrad (Construction); Melissa Jones-Prus (Aviation: Finance) and Meighan O’Reardon (Outsourcing) were named Next Generation Partners. Laura Jennings (Aviation: Litigation and Regulation); Jessica Nyman (Media, Technology & Telecoms: Regulatory); Matthew Rabinowitz (International Trade) and Pat Reisinger (Aviation: Finance) were praised as Rising Stars.
